Totally legit. They've been around forever, since like 2008 or something. Johnny Nguyen knows his stuff. Plenty of pro fighters use their drills.

Nah, for that one, you're pretty much good to go with just yourself. maybe some hand wraps if you wanna be fancy, but no major gear needed at first.

I started with just the course and used some light dumbbells for shadowboxing, worked fine. they talk about equipment reviews later on but it's not a must-have right away.

You get access through their site, I think it's all streaming. you log in and watch the videos. they don't send you files to download.

I've never done it personally but I think they have a refund policy, gotta be within a certain time frame though. Check their FAQs for details.
